MATTHEW OWEN-KING TO PRESENT AT ILCO EDUCATION SEMINAR

Matthew Owen-King will deliver a Continuing Legal Education seminar for the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario on September 13th.  His presentation, “Land Takings: A Step-by-Step Guide to Expropriation Proceedings” will explore issues relating to the statutory framework of expropriation in Ontario and the prescribed procedural steps for the compulsory acquisition of land by a public authority.
