James represents both expropriated owners and public authorities throughout Ontario.
James obtained a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, where he was Chair of the Environmental Law Club.
Before pursuing law, James received a B.A. with a major concentration in Urban Geography, and an M.Sc. in Water Resources Management, both from McGill University.
James has a wide range of hobbies and interests outside the office, including fitness, travel, cooking, sports, and film.
