Jeff represents both expropriated owners and public authorities throughout Ontario.
 
Jeff received his law degree from Queen’s University in 2024. While at Queen’s, Jeff represented the school in the finals of two national mooting competitions, and in 2024 won the Bowman National Tax Moot. Jeff secured his articles at a mid-sized corporate and commercial real estate firm in Toronto. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
 
Prior to law school, Jeff obtained his B.A. (Hons.) at Queen’s, where he majored in History with a minor in Political Science. In 2021 Jeff received his M.A. in History from Queen’s as well.
 
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys outdoor activities like sailing, skiing and camping.
