Paul Scargall to present at the 2016 Ontario Expropriation Association Fall Conference
On October 21, 2016 Paul Scargall will participate in a panel reviewing the practical aspects of mediation in the context of Ontario Municipal Board expropriation proceedings. The benefits and challenges of resolving expropriation related matters through an informal dispute resolution process will be explored from various perspectives.
