Guillaume Lavictoire presented at IRWA 2019 Spring Education Seminar

On April 26, 2019 Guillaume Lavictoire was a presenter at the IRWA Spring Education Seminar.  The presentation reviewed issues relating to trespass by third-party contractors outside of areas expropriated by the authority, as well as the consequences arising from ‘trespassing’ infrastructure that has been constructed on private land.
